Overview In this contract role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to build targeted, diverse candidate pipelines and deliver thoroughly screened candidates for multiple requisitions. You will operate within a fast-paced team, balancing 10+ open roles while driving timely, accurate screening notes and strong candidate experiences. Your work shapes hiring outcomes by identifying both active and passive talent across channels and refining sourcing strategies. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, and sourcing prioritiesManage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions concurrentlyDevelop tailored sourcing strategies using multiple channels and networksIdentify and engage active and passive candidates for current and future needsConduct thorough initial screens and assess fit across experience, qualifications, and needsPresent fully screened candidates with concise screening notesMaintain communication on pipeline health, market conditions, and strategy adjustmentsBuild reusable pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill rolesKeep candidate activity and pipeline data accurate in Workday and other systemsProvide a professional, inclusive candidate experience and support TA initiatives Key requirementsExperience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO settingsAbility to engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and social platformsExperience with structured candidate screens and evaluating against job requirementsAbility to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlinesStrong partnership and service-oriented approach with recruitersExcellent written and verbal communication and clear qualification summariesWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday preferredComfort using recruiting data and metrics to improve sourcing effectivenessAttention to detail, sound judgment, and process complianceAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentcollaborativestrong communicationservice-mindedLinkedIn RecruiterWorkdaycandidate relationship management tools
