Contract AdministratorLooking for an opportunity to own the contract review process while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams? Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• High-impact role supporting a growing and busy organization• Opportunity to work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders• Exposure to contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and risk assessment• Fast-paced environment with consistent workflow and meaningful responsibility• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and Xakia contract management software• Potential to make an immediate impact from day one Key Responsibilities for the Contract Administrator:• Review incoming contracts, licensing agreements, and customer agreements• Identify contractual risks and escalate concerns when necessary• Draft and process amendments, addendums, and contract modifications• Review customer-requested changes to Master Services Agreements (MSAs)• Monitor contracts through execution and signature process• Update Salesforce with executed agreement details and contract status Qualifications for the Contract Administrator:• Experience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle• Contract administration experience (not requiring paralegal-level expertise)• Experience reviewing agreements and identifying contractual risks• Familiarity with Salesforce or contract management systems preferred• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
