Our client, a leading commercial construction organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the department supporting project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location:Phoenix, Arizona Pay Range:$90,000 - $160,000 base plus bonus and benefits What's the Job? Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Develop and manage project budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring project costs and profitability. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum. Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting. Serve as primary point of contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing regular status updates. What's Needed? BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience. 5+ years project manager experience preferred in construction for a variety of industries (e.g. data centers, hospitals, municipal spaces and buildings, utlities, industrial manufacturing plants, schools, etc.) Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project). What's in it for me?
