Overview

The Construction Project Manager at Flatland Energy Services, LLC is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves project planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, contract management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities and issues related to construction projects
  • Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule
  • Create a Master Variance for project accounting
  • Manage contracts, pay requests, change orders, and RFIs
  • Oversee shop drawings for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensures quality standards are met according to plans and specifications
  • Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and subcontractors
