Job Description

Overview

The Kiely Family of Companies is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for their Pittsburgh, PA location. This role involves assisting Construction Supervisors and supporting the Foreman in coordinating project activities to ensure safety, quality, cost, schedule, and documentation requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up on collection of all non-received documents and escalate issues to the Supervisor
  • Collect and review foreman daily reports, weekly project pictures, and safety documentation
  • Inform Supervisor of deficiencies in documentation
  • Assist team members with payroll and timecard-related concerns
  • Prioritize workload while managing multiple projects and tasks
  • Prepare, collect, and distribute billing documentation for projects
  • Support Project Leaders and Project Managers as needed

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of construction experience
  • Degree in construction management or engineering field preferred
  • Knowledge of safety program procedures and policies
  • Current Project Management certification(s)
  • Strong working knowledge of Timberline and CMS
  • 3 years of senior level administrative experience managing complex tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel
