Location: New York, NY Position Title: Senior Manager, OneTrust Development Consent & Preference (EXL91) Job Description: Serve as the enterprise owner for the Consent & Preference Management platform, defining the long-term roadmap and ensuring alignment with privacy, marketing, data governance, and technology strategies. Partner with senior stakeholders across Legal, Marketing, IT, and Data teams to establish scalable, compliant processes that support global privacy frameworks. Lead the development and adoption of best practices for managing user consent, preferences, and communication choices across all digital touchpoints. Architect, design, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of OneTrust Consent and Preference Management solutions. Translate organizational requirements into scalable platform configurations, advanced workflows, and customized modules for global use cases. Govern the configuration of consent UI/UX elements (e.g., banners, forms, templates) to ensure regulatory compliance and a consistent user experience. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and auditability of consent records throughout the full user lifecycle. Lead the design, development, and optimization of data connectors between OneTrust and major ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Mailchimp, etc.). Ensure seamless, compliant, and real-time data flows to support segmentation, marketing automation, and communication governance. Oversee issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to cross-system integrations. Establish policies and frameworks for automated consent updates and preference synchronization across enterprise platforms. Direct the development and maintenance of APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks supporting consent data exchange across internal and third-party systems. Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure integrations follow best practices for security, scalability, and data quality. Lead technical evaluations and drive adoption of new OneTrust features, modules, and capabilities. Partner with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure all configurations and processes fully adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and emerging global privacy laws. Establish governance frameworks for ongoing compliance and readiness for audits, including robust audit trails and reporting structures. Stay ahead of regulatory and industry changes, ensuring the OneTrust environment continuously evolves to meet new requirements. Monitor platform performance, integration health, and consent data accuracy, driving enhancements and long-term scalability. Develop dashboards and analytics to provide senior leadership visibility into consent status, user preferences, compliance posture, and communication performance. Identify strategic opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and multi-system data alignment. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture, data flows, configurations, and integration standards. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to technical and business users to maximize adoption and value of OneTrust solutions. Mentor team members and support skill development in privacy technologies, integrations, and compliance frameworks. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted. Job Requirements: Requires Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of related professional experience. Experience must include: three (3) years of experience with the following: Experience as a Senior OneTrust Developer, Architect, or Technical Lead, with a strong focus on Consent & Preference Management at enterprise scale. Managing multi-system integrations, especially with major email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Eloqua, etc.).
