AGM Management LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Affordable Housing Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations of their affordable housing community. The role emphasizes resident well-being, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Foster positive relationships with residents and address concerns
  • Advertise available units and conduct property tours
  • Monitor and manage property budgets, rent collection, and expenses
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained in compliance with regulations
  • Stay informed about affordable housing regulations and ensure compliance
  • Organize community events, workshops, and activities

Required skills

  • Experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing
  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications like COS, TCS, Fair Housing preferred
