Premium Plumbing LLC is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead their team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing plumbing crews and a strong knowledge of Florida's commercial plumbing codes, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on various projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on commercial job sites
  • Perform hands-on plumbing work while overseeing daily project operations
  • Read, interpret, and execute work based on blueprints and technical documents
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, providing leadership and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators for smooth project execution
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize delays

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role in commercial plumbing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Florida commercial plumbing codes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • OSHA certification or other safety training preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and work in various physical conditions
  • Proficiency working with PVC, CPVC, copper, and cast iron piping systems
