The Commercial Real Estate Attorney will join a nationally recognized law firm known for its robust real estate practice. The firm represents a diverse client base in complex and high-value commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on a collaborative, client-centered approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finances, and development matters
  • Draft and negotiate real estate agreements
  • Manage multiple matters concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
