Overview

Premium Plumbing LLC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Project Coordinator in Tampa, Florida, to support their growing commercial division. This full-time position will work under the Project Manager and be responsible for the coordination and documentation of commercial plumbing projects using ServiceTitan.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate projects by sending onboarding emails and requesting documentation
  • Create and organize drawing and scope packets for field teams
  • Maintain organized digital project folders and ensure accurate documentation uploads
  • Track project-related items including change orders, RFIs, and permit statuses
  • Enter and maintain project compliance documentation in ServiceTitan
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of AIA billing documentation
  • Input invoices into project folders and create reminder tasks in ServiceTitan
  • Maintain accurate project information within ServiceTitan throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist the Project Manager and field supervisors with operational coordination
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and office staff as needed

Required skills

  • Experience in construction, plumbing, or commercial project coordination
  • Experience with ServiceTitan
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
