Overview

Adecco is currently seeking a CNC Operator / Programmer to join a local manufacturer specializing in precision plastic-fabricated components. This is a full-time, hands-on role working with CNC routers, mills, and lathes in a clean, quality-controlled manufacturing environment where accuracy and product handling are critical. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC equipment, including MultiCam routers, mills, and lathes Assist in programming and developing machining processes and sequences Set up jobs, including tooling, speeds/feeds, and process parameters Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Perform careful handling of parts to maintain cleanliness and quality standards Support additional production tasks such as: Preparing parts for fabrication Light assembly of plastic components Building crates and packaging parts in a clean environment Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-aware workspace Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols Requirements 1+ year of CNC experience (router, mill, or lathe) or equivalent vocational training Basic understanding of CNC programming and setup Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed specifications Experience using precision measuring instruments Ability to work in a clean, detail-focused manufacturing environment Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience machining plastic or non-metal materials Experience with MasterCAM or other CAM software Familiarity with MultiCam CNC routers Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment Ability to assist with programming and process improvements Willingness to learn and cross-train on additional equipment Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $20.50/hour + DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM + occasional overtime Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
