Overview

GS Precision Inc is seeking a CNC Operator for the 1st shift at their facility in Keene, New Hampshire. The company specializes in manufacturing critical components for the Aerospace and Defense industries, emphasizing quality, innovation, and a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate machines after set-up by area supervisor or lead person.
  • Make adjustments to produce parts in accordance with tolerances and specifications.
  • Inspect parts using measuring equipment to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Report the need for adjustments and tooling sharpening.
  • Maintain accurate production records and data.
  • Keep the work area, equipment, and tools in a neat, orderly condition.
  • Observe all company policies related to housekeeping, safety, and security.
  • Operate multiple machines simultaneously as required.

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in CNC machining
  • Understanding of measurement and inspection devices
  • Ability to interpret blueprints
  • Team collaboration and strong work ethic
