Overview

The CNC Machinist at Trinity Envision Business Services LLC operates and supports CNC machines to produce high-precision medical device components. The role involves managing multiple machines, inspecting parts to ensure they meet strict tolerances, and adhering to quality and production standards in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines in a production environment
  • Run multiple machines simultaneously
  • Inspect parts to tight tolerances using precision measuring equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Follow established CNC programs and work instructions
  • Support production goals and quality standards

Required skills

  • 1-3 years CNC machining experience in production setting
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Experience using precision measuring tools
  • Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing (preferred)
  • Experience assisting with machine setups and changeovers (preferred)
  • Experience with Mazak lathes and machining centers (preferred)
  • Experience with Star Swiss-style lathes (preferred)
