Overview

FC Industries Inc is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for day and night shifts at their Dayton, Ohio facility. The company specializes in producing high-precision components for industries including aerospace, defense, and medical technology, offering a stable work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Set production machinery and obtain run approval
  • Edit and interpret G and M Code
  • Prove out programs and set ups
  • Run 5 axis CNC Mills and Lathes
  • Analyze machine, tool, and program issues and make basic repairs
  • Perform work utilizing fixtures and indexing devices to control tolerances
  • Ensure conformance to quality specifications using gages and indicators
  • Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
  • Meet production quantity and quality standards
  • Ensure safety guards and personal protective equipment are in place
  • Follow and enforce work instructions and company policies
