Overview

Wesley Financial Group is seeking a Client Retention & Escalation Manager to lead their Client Retention department in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is focused on helping clients navigate the timeshare exit process while delivering an exceptional customer experience through strategic vision and daily management of the team. The position emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and process optimization to reduce client churn and improve satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze Salesforce data and KPIs to forecast retention rates and provide insights.
  • Develop and refine processes and protocols for client retention.
  • Problem-solve complex customer situations, including payment arrangements and disputes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Support to address client dissatisfaction.
  • Oversee the rollout of new tools to streamline retention processes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and development initiatives for the team.
  • Act as a client advocate and proactively manage potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Identify recurring client pain points and collaborate on solutions.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  • 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
