Overview

Sygna LLC is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager specializing in IT Recruitment to enhance their business development efforts and expand their client base. The role demands a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in IT recruitment, focusing on client acquisition and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through various outreach strategies, including cold calling and networking.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, rates, and terms with clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands within the IT industry.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Prepare business reports, client updates, and sales forecasts for management.

Required skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or account management within recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS environments is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
