Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO in Saint Petersburg, Florida, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders during challenging times. Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the process of getting back on the road
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Adaptability and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
