As a Project Manager 1, you will be responsible for all aspects of assigned security projects, typically valued up to $1M, from award through completion. You will prepare project installation plans, translate customer requirements into detailed proposals, and manage field installation, start-up, and close-out. A critical component of this role is ensuring projects are executed within budgeted costs and time schedules while maintaining positive cash flow. You will act as the key interface with the customer, supervise installation labor and subcontractors, establish project milestones, and analyze costs using financial systems to provide accurate cost reports. You will spend most of your time at the office but you will also visit local job site as necessary. REQUIREMENTS College degree, trade school, or equivalent military project management experience/education. 3 years of relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience. Highly preferred to have knowledge of Security Systems and Access Control. Must have Financial analytical skills, specifically regarding project cost control and budgeting. Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point skills. Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
