Overview

As a Claims Specialist at GEICO, you will support customers through their claims process, offering empathy and solutions when they need it most. The role emphasizes guiding policyholders and ensuring customer satisfaction while navigating various claim details.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts
  • Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties
  • Assist customers in getting back on the road safely
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions

Required skills

  • Customer-facing claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with measurable goals
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
