Job Description

Overview

The Civil Engineering Project Manager (Land Development) at TRINITY ENVISION BUSINESS SERVICES LLC will lead design teams to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This position requires strong technical leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead site development and residential land development projects
  • Direct internal design teams and subconsultants
  • Develop scopes, cost proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Maintain and grow client relationships
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff
  • Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D in project delivery
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant land development experience
  • Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • Proven client relationship and contract negotiation experience
  • Strong ability to manage technical teams and projects
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple deadlines
