Overview

The Civil Drafter at ACO, Inc. will provide technical product assistance both internally and to external customers. The role involves collaboration with sales representatives and product competency centers to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop operational plans related to the product line.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations
  • Develop customized design drawings and calculations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues

  • Perform field failure analysis and solution evaluations

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical or product support position
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
