CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (CHRO) Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters. Key Responsibilities for the CHRO: • Lead all human resources functions across multiple locations and operating entities.• Serve as the strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational growth and workforce planning.• Direct HR due diligence, integration efforts, and cultural assimilation for acquisitions and business transitions.• Build and implement scalable HR programs, policies, processes, and best practices.• Oversee benefits administration, compensation programs, and 401(k) plan management.• Partner with operations leadership to support manufacturing environments, workplace safety initiatives, and OSHA compliance. Qualifications for the CHRO: • Significant HR leadership experience, including experience functioning as a senior HR executive, Head of HR, VP of HR, or CHRO.• Required experience supporting Private Equity-backed organizations, including navigating high-growth and acquisition-driven environments.• Proven success leading HR due diligence, M&A integration, and multi-site operations.• Manufacturing industry experience with strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and workforce strategy.Click here to apply online
