GYMGUYZ Austin is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver high-energy training sessions directly to clients in their homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team environment to help trainers and clients achieve fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
  • Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
  • Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
  • Manage schedule efficiently
  • Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
  • Collaborate with a supportive team
  • Represent GYMGUYZ's core values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE)

Required skills

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
  • CPR/AED certified
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
  • Familiarity with mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism and high energy
