Overview

Alpha Petroleum Transport Inc II is seeking dedicated and qualified Class A Drivers with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements to transport various petroleum products. This role offers competitive pay and a supportive company culture where drivers are treated like family, emphasizing a hands-on approach rather than just steering.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive truck to and from loading facilities and customer locations
  • Perform vacuum tanker and drum truck operations
  • Maintain accurate work tickets and driving log books
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Alert supervision of any mechanical defects
  • Lift and handle drums and supplies as required

Required skills

  • CDL-A License
  • Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements
  • 2 years minimum driving experience
  • Vacuum truck operations experience preferred
  • Good work ethic and communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Compliance with DOT and Hazardous Waste Regulations

What the company offers

  • Pay range of $72,000 to $105,000 per year
  • Hourly position with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours
  • Full benefits package after 60 days including Medical, Dental, and Vision
