If these values inspire you, we invite you to join our mission-driven team.About the RoleMeridian's growing Community Action Team (CAT) is seeking a passionate and dedicated CAT Mentor to provide hands-on support, guidance, and advocacy to youth enrolled in CAT services.In this role, you'll make a direct impact by mentoring youth, modeling positive behaviors, and helping them build the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and within their communities.
