Overview

Reliance Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Cash Management Specialist for their Corporate Office in Altoona, PA. This role will involve serving as a liaison between the bank and commercial banking customers, performing administrative and customer service duties to support the cash management function.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative tasks related to commercial customer accounts and services
  • Provide exceptional service and support to commercial banking customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cash management tools and services
  • Provide customer training and technical support for online banking platforms
  • Make needs-based product recommendations to customers
  • Support Cash Management Officers during the sales and contract process
  • Set up and implement various cash management accounts and services
  • Maintain agreements and customer files for Cash Management services
  • Perform deposit account verification tasks
  • Process ACH, wires, and reconcile daily deposits

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' experience in banking or Deposit Operations
  • Specialized banking education and training
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid Driver's License
