CarverThe Culinary Carver is responsible for expertly carving and presenting premium meats at chef-attended carving stations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures food quality, portion consistency, food safety, and an engaging guest experience in a fast-paced event environment.Essential responsibilities include:Carve and portion meats including beef, turkey, ham, pork, and other proteins according to company standards.Set up, maintain, and break down carving stations before, during, and after events.Present food in an attractive and professional manner.Assist chefs and culinary staff with stocking stations and replenishing inventory by running to main kitchen.Interact with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging manner.Maintain proper food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs to the culinary team.Ensure clean, organized, and sanitized workstations throughout the event.Assist with event setup, breakdown, and additional culinary duties as assigned.Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.Other duties as assigned.Levy is a member of Compass Group USA.
