Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join a growing clinic in Des Moines, Iowa. The new physician will work alongside a team of four physicians and one APP, managing a clinic volume of 13-17 patients per day with a call schedule of 1:4.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology procedures
  • Manage LVAD and implantable fluid monitoring
  • Conduct echocardiography and nuclear medicine testing
  • Provide clinical leadership and patient management
  • Participate in shared outreach clinic opportunities

Required skills

  • BC/BE in Cardiology
  • Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure
  • Experience with cardiac imaging and testing
  • Skills in LVAD management
  • Clinical leadership experience
