Every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the success of our members and our credit union.If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!What We OfferA welcoming, team-oriented work environmentCompetitive pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on Credit Union or banking experience)Hybrid work opportunity after successful completion of trainingComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance10% employer contribution to your 401(k)Generous paid time off and paid holidaysAnnual discretionary bonus Incentive program for cross-sellingCareer growth and development opportunities Responsibilities:Answer incoming member calls regarding account services, online banking, loans, transfers, account maintenance, and other financial needs.Deliver exceptional member service while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' needs.Assist members with online banking, the mobile app, and basic technical troubleshooting.Access member accounts to review balances, transactions, statements, and loan information.Research and resolve member account concerns accurately and efficiently.Meet established service, sales, and performance goals.Promote ECU products and services, including loan opportunities.Assist members with initiating Consumer and Mortgage loan applications.Identify and escalate suspicious activity or potential fraud risks.Maintain the confidentiality and security of member informationContribute to achieving team performance goals.Create a positive, professional experience with every member interaction.High school diploma or equivalent required.Two or more years of Credit Union or banking experience preferred.Previous Call Center experience preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfortable identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products and services.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.NMLS licensed or ability to obtain licensingBasic math proficiency.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Dependable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.Bilingual in Spanish.ScheduleMonday-Thursday: 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Friday: 8:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.Why Earthmover Credit Union?At Earthmover Credit Union, our mission is People Helping People.
