Overview

Duties/Skills:Install, maintain, and repair cable systems, most often involved with television and internet servicesTest and troubleshoot issues with network communicationConduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctlyRepair related poles and towers to resolve cable issuesPull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cableInstall various support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks, innerduct, and other related structuresCommunicate and collaborate with other members of the field service team to resolve complex issuesProvide high-quality service to all customersBENEFITS:401K with employer matchHealth Care CoverageProfit sharing planCompetitive wagesPaid time offEmployer sponsored eventsJOB REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing cable for network communicationsValid driver's license with a clean driving historyStrong knowledge of industry standard cable specificationsCommunication skills with the ability to successfully collaborate with other members of the teamSolid problem-solving capabilitiesPHYSICAL:Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of timeRelocates a twelve-foot stepladder without assistanceWorks at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of laddersWalks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basisPossess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in EnglishMay use a standard ladder with carrying toolsMust be committed to excellence and generate a high quality of workMust consistently report to work on time, work well with other employees to accomplish a common goal, and maintain a safe work environmentADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:18 years of age or older.Able to provide proof of US Person StatusWilling to submit to a drug screenWilling to submit to a background checkJob Location:Lewes, DE, United StatesNo relocation assistance providedPosition Type:Full-Time/RegularCompensation details: 20-30 Hourly WagePI3b5c030877d0-7346
