The Business Planning & Channel Support Specialist - Document Scanners & Specialty Printer is responsible for developing and executing business planning, inventory and procurement control. Additionally, the role supports B2B partners in the US market to maximize sales performance, optimize inventory, and ensure successful product launches. This position requires analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal/external members. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Your Impact Business Planning for Scanner and Specialty PrinterConduct market, competitor, and channel analysis across US MarketDevelop Strategic PlansSupport budgeting and monthly business reviewsCreate and improve demand forecastsSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Inventory managementProcurement controlProcess improvementUS B2B Channel Partner SupportSupport key B2B partners (e.g., Reseller/Direct Marketer/Dealer/WTS)Analyze POS and inventory data to identify growth opportunitiesPlan and execute channel promotions and marketing programsOptimize online product pages and digital assetsCoordinate new product launch planning with partnersIdentify and resolve issues related to demand shifts or inventory imbalancePrepare sales performance reports and propose improvement actionsAbout You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experienceExperience working with multinational teams is highly desirableProficiency with spreadsheet and business analytics toolsExperience with MS Office and Google WorkspaceExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusUp to 25% travel is requiredAbility to work during peak periods or time-zone-shifted meetings when neededIndividual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the positionThis position requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
