Remitly, Inc. is looking for a Business Manager to support the overall business strategy and define strategic pillars and goals for various market corridors. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, conducting analyses, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support overall business strategy and define strategic pillars and goals
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and solve product friction and customer pain points
  • Drive customer learnings and iterate towards optimal business outcomes
  • Translate business strategy into specific corridor goals
  • Create customer behavior and market analyses with the analytics team
  • Partner with stakeholders in pricing, product, marketing, finance, and business development

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in financial technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce
  • 1 year of experience interpreting business and customer metrics
  • Problem-solving and analyzing business outcomes and KPIs
  • Data modeling and analysis
  • Cohort analysis and churn prediction
  • Experience with A/B testing and multi-channel campaign analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and unit economic analysis
