Business Development Consultant - Palm Harbor, FL Brabo Payroll, Palm Harbor Palm Harbor, FL Description We're looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role for someone who's interested in getting into sales and wants to learn the fundamentals from the ground up.In this position, your main focus will be outbound prospecting-making calls, sending emails, and connecting with potential clients to introduce our payroll solutions. Your goal is to generate interest and book meetings in an inside sales role.This role is designed as a starting point. As you build your skills and hit your goals, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Business Development Representative (BDR) , where you will take on outside sales opportunities as well.Key Responsibilities:Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients (100 cold calls minimum daily)Identify and research companies and key decision-makersIntroduce our services and generate interest through clear, confident communicationKeep CRM records up to date with outreach and activityConsistently hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting-setting goalsWork with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and outreachConduct meetings via zoom with prospectsMaintain accurate records and activity in SalesforceAttend team meetings, trainings, networking events, BNI groups and ongoing development sessionsSupport the implementation and onboarding process for new clientsWhat We're Looking For:Interest in starting a career in sales or business developmentStrong communication skills and comfort talking on the phoneSelf-motivated with a positive, persistent attitudeOrganized and able to manage follow-ups and tasksExperience with CRM tools is a plus, but not requiredGrowth & Development:This role is the first step in our sales track.
