Job Description

Overview

The Project Manager at Flatland Energy Services, LLC will oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing daily activities, planning, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining relationships with owners and architects.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities and issues related to construction project completion
  • Develop and update Master Project Schedule monthly for clear communication with stakeholders
  • Create a Master Variance for project accounting before project starts
  • Manage contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI's, and ASI's promptly
  • Ensure all shop drawings are accurate and compliant with specifications
  • Communicate any issues affecting project progress to the Division Manager
  • Ensure quality standards are met for work put in place according to plans and specifications

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in team or crew work on a project basis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong action-oriented and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
