Overview

Project Brilliance is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, assisting in their development and helping families succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Provides one-on-one therapy to clients
  • Leads or assists in peer play and social groups
  • Helps children acquire new skills tailored to their individual goals
  • Implements teaching, behavior change procedures, and data collection
  • Works with BCBA's and provides feedback on child's progress
  • Ensures children's safety during activities
  • Assists with personal care tasks such as potty training when needed

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification preferred, but not required
  • Experience with ABA therapy preferred, but training is provided
  • Ability to engage and play with young children (ages 2-6)
