Overview

Paramount Builders LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for its Roanoke, VA location to lead and develop high-performing teams within the in-home sales industry. This hands-on role emphasizes operational excellence and profitable growth, with an expectation for the manager to actively engage with the team on-site.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals, installers, and office staff
  • Build a culture of accountability, competition, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular sales meetings covering updates, training, and performance metrics
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze sales data and CRM reporting to identify opportunities
  • Understand and manage branch profitability including P&L and EBITDA performance
  • Ensure operational excellence across sales, installation, and office functions
  • Deliver a 5-Star customer experience and resolve customer concerns

Required skills

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Experience in one-call close, in-home sales industry
  • Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate and inspire
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Understanding of P&L management and EBITDA
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and KPI reporting
  • Data-driven decision-making with a people-first leadership style
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
