Overview

The Branch Manager at BP Supply Inc. is responsible for overseeing the supply warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate material support to field operations. This role involves managing customer service, logistics coordination, inventory management, safety compliance, and workforce scheduling, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and support for both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary warehouse point of contact for operations leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Respond to urgent material needs to prevent operational delays.
  • Communicate proactively about shortages, delays, or constraints.
  • Document all material issues, transfers, and returns accurately.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and align activities with job schedules.
  • Plan and schedule warehouse staff according to operational demand.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct audits.
  • Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse-related expenses within budgets.

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply operations
  • Strong understanding of customer service in a field-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of safety and compliance standards (OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT)
  • Proven ability to schedule staff and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and P21 accounting and inventory software
  • Forklift and equipment certifications
