Overview

As the Hospice Clinical Branch Director at VitalCaring, you will lead day-to-day operations while ensuring high-quality care and support for your team. Key responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations, financial performance, and quality indicators
  • Ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality hospice care
  • Recruit, develop, and support a capable team
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • Build and strengthen relationships with local providers and families
  • Lead with integrity and accountability, fostering a patient-first culture

Required skills

  • Active RN license
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of clinical quality and compliance
  • Experience in team engagement and development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
