Overview

The Branch Director for Hospice at VitalCaring Group will lead daily operations and develop a patient-centered care approach while fostering strong relationships with teams, patients, and community partners. This role focuses on high-quality hospice care, team engagement, and operational excellence in a supportive leadership environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations and financial performance
  • Monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability
  • Ensure efficient operations without compromising care
  • Lead with a patient-centered culture prioritizing dignity and communication
  • Recruit and develop a community-reflective team
  • Create a culture of support and accountability
  • Strengthen relationships with local providers and referral partners

Required skills

  • Active RN license
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Ability to manage operations with a focus on patient care
