Overview

VitalCaring Group is seeking a Branch Director for Home Health services in Temple, Texas. This role is focused on providing clinical leadership and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive team environment. The Branch Director will collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to guide care delivery and enhance branch performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all clinical care services and personnel
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to Patient Services Coordinators and Clinical Care Managers
  • Ensure patient care plans are developed, implemented, and updated appropriately
  • Oversee clinical documentation and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support clinician development
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and personnel assignments
  • Partner with leadership on budget planning and operational performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing education of clinical staff
  • Drive quality improvement and safe care delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the healthcare community

Required skills

  • Active RN or licensed therapist with current state licensure
  • Graduate of an accredited program in the discipline
  • Leadership or management experience in home health or related healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with operational metrics, budgets, and performance data
