Overview

Branch 51 is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support staffing operations at a busy warehouse facility in Manor, TX. The ideal candidate should be both reliable and highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and onboard warehouse employees
  • Conduct interviews and assist with new hire orientations
  • Maintain regular communication with employees and warehouse management
  • Track attendance, employee performance, and staffing needs
  • Address employee questions, concerns, and attendance issues
  • Coordinate employee placements and schedule adjustments
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with workforce planning to meet operational demands
  • Be available on-call to support staffing needs, call-offs, and urgent issues

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
