Matos Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team in Littleton, Colorado. This role involves supporting attorneys and paralegals in personal injury cases while ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with providers and internal team members, including occasional client contact
  • Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence for cases
  • Ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement

Required skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple open records requests and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products
