Overview

Crystal Mountain is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Banquet Set-Up Crew for the summer season. This role involves setting up banquet rooms according to specific event requirements, ensuring a smooth guest experience while working in a vibrant mountain environment. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and be able to thrive in fast-paced situations.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up banquet rooms according to approved event orders and diagrams
  • Arrange tables, chairs, staging, and other equipment as per event specifications
  • Complete setup assignments within established timelines
  • Coordinate with management to confirm room readiness before guest arrival
  • Transport banquet equipment and supplies safely throughout the property
  • Maintain organized room layouts that support event flow
  • Reset rooms according to upcoming event requirements
  • Follow uniform standards and safety guidelines

Required skills

  • Valid M.A.S.T. Class 12 or 13 Permit
  • Valid Washington Food Worker Card
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Food and Beverage, preferably catering
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
