Overview

The Banking Operations Processor at BancForce is responsible for various banking operations tasks such as monitoring check deposits, processing wire transfers, and managing online banking services. The role supports the bank's commitment to community development and financial empowerment by facilitating accessible financial services.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and process checks received through remote deposit
  • Post incoming wire transfers and manage online banking access
  • Respond to subpoenas and manage account holds
  • Open new accounts and service online banking accounts
  • Process and research Regulation E (Reg E) claims
  • Handle returned items, ACH transactions, and related account processes

Required skills

  • Minimum high school education
  • 5+ years of banking experience preferably in operations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with bank-related software
