Overview

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Backup Administrative Coordinator in Waco, Texas, who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses strong organizational skills. This role involves supporting financial reporting and ensuring the accuracy of cash handling procedures in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements
  • Manage cash and funds control as per company policies in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator
  • Verify the accuracy of business transaction figures and calculations
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Provide customer service and support to team members
  • Execute other duties as needed
