Attorney - Mortgage & Foreclosure LitigationAn established firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with over 120 years in practice is seeking a Mortgage Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This role focuses on mortgage foreclosure litigation, creditor rights, and real estate disputes, representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in state and federal court while managing matters through all phases of litigation.Salary range: $190,000-$240,000+ contingent on experience Annual performance bonus eligibility Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm contribution Generous paid time off and firm holidays CLE and professional development supportActive membership in the Florida Bar in good standing 3+ years of experience handling mortgage foreclosure, creditor rights, or real estate litigation matters Strong working knowledge of Florida foreclosure statutes, procedures, and contested litigation Experience representing lenders, mortgage servicers, or financial institutions Excellent legal writing, case management, and courtroom advocacy skillsHandle contested residential and commercial foreclosure matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed Manage a litigation caseload efficiently while meeting client and court deadlines Advise clients on risk exposure, strategy, and procedural requirements Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal servicesFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
