This includes closing car deals, submitting vehicle service contracts and other value added products, and processing titles for new and used vehicles. The role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and supports smooth dealership operations by efficiently processing paperwork with effective communication across departments.What You'll Be DoingTitlingProcess title applications and registrations for all sold vehicles (new, used, and wholesale)Submit title paperwork to the DMV in accordance with local and state lawsTrack and follow up on title submissions to ensure timely processingAddress any title discrepancies, lienholder requests, or correctionsMaintain title and registration files in an organized and secure mannerOtherPrepare, verify, and process vehicle retail and wholesale vehicle dealsReconcile billing discrepancies and report errorsMaintain accurate records and file all documents related to billing and sales transactionsWork closely with the sales and finance department to ensure accurate deal completionHours are Monday - Friday Requirements: What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred1-3 years of experience in automotive billing, warranty, or titling processesFamiliarity with dealership software (like CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds) and DMV rulesStrong organizational and time management skillsGood computer skills and a willingness to learn new systemsClear communication and a positive, professional attitude Perks & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance and other voluntary benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysA great team environment with room to growPI5562c9dcee8a-5108
