BEST ONE TIRE & SERVICE is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join their team in Lafayette, Indiana. With a mission focused on customer satisfaction and a commitment to team development, this role involves performing vehicle maintenance and ensuring high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Assist teammates in technical activities
  • Minimize customer complaints through efficient repair services
  • Maintain shop equipment and adhere to safety practices
  • Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues
  • Ensure strong communication with store teammates and support departments
  • Enforce company policies and legal guidelines

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience with vehicle repairs preferred
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Experience in passenger/light truck maintenance and minor repairs
  • Ability to lift/carry items weighing at least 50 lbs
