This role reports into our Inventory Management department and is responsible for ensuring stickers and future inventory-type autos are accurately accounted for, plus ensuring that our athlete partners are paid in a timely fashion. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.ResponsibilitiesConducts analysis of primarily sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting baseCompletes data entry into Cards-in Reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all athletesEffectively communicates with Athlete Partnership teams to create Purchase Orders when autographs are ready to be received in Oracle ERPConducts sticker autograph assessments across entire product portfolio and communicating to Brand teams when products are analyzed, and sticker autograph available quantities and shortages are identifiedCreates and assigns Auto Numbers to subjects within Oracle ERPCompletes transactions in Oracle ERP to receive autograph stickers into inventory and subsequently slate to products identified as having shortages for subjectsThe Ideal CandidateDallas / Sunnyvale, TX basedBachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field, required2-3 years' experience in warehouse or production environments, specifically related to inventory management or quality controlStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesProficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP's, strongly preferredStrong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, requiredComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time
