Job Description

Overview

VIVE Collision is seeking a highly motivated Auto Body Collision Estimator in Cranberry, Pennsylvania. This role involves owning the full estimates and repair process post-vehicle teardown, ensuring that quality repairs are provided promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Estimate all drive-in and walk-in customer appointments
  • Complete repair plans and process reviews with customers
  • Open files with compliance to BAR and DRP requirements
  • Check in vehicles upon customer drop-off
  • Prepare customer packet paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
  • Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates
  • Perform total loss administration
  • Conduct final quality checks, including test drives
  • Deliver completed vehicles to customers

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in automotive collision repair
  • Proficiency in sales, estimating, and customer service
  • Advanced technical knowledge of collision repair estimates
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier procedures
  • I-Car training preferred
  • Knowledge of the CCC ONE estimating system preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand written estimates and work orders
  • Multi-tasking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
